RECENT & current projects:

 

We have designed more than 80 seismic upgrading projects in Vancouver, Victoria, and the Seattle area. 

Significant projects include seismic upgrading of 626 West Pender Street, Vancouver, B.C. (a 10-storey 1920’s reinforced concrete structure); the Koret Lofts, Gastown, Vancouver, B.C. (at $18,000,000.00, the largest single redevelopment project in Gastown); 55 Water Street, Gastown, Vancouver, B.C., The Old Spaghetti Factory building (seismic upgrading of a very large historic structure); Robson Galleria in downtown Vancouver (a major reconstruction and seismic upgrading of a large two-storey retail building); and 564 Beatty Street, Vancouver, B.C. (an addition of four-storeys on top of an existing six-storey historic structure). 

Another recent project includes the $6-million seismic upgrading (to 75% of Code requirements) of the large ICBC Head Office building complex at Lonsdale Quay in North Vancouver, B.C., which includes a major bus terminal and large parking structure.
